What is 'Remote Rescue'? Remote Rescue service is method of support where select Computer Repair Pros can remotely connect to your computer using the internet. This allows the technician to perform troubleshooting, install updates, or help you complete a task with your Computer. Each 6-digit PIN is uniquely assigned to you, and has a 1 hour expiration time once initiated. When the session is over, the connection is permenantly broken. We do not "Out-Source" tech support, and you can be assured you'll be talking with a local Wisconsin Computer Repair Pro, as your computer is being fixed. How can I use 'Remote Rescue'? Remote Rescue service can be obtained by first contacting support at (608) 222-2187, or info@computerrepairpros.net, to work with a Remote Rescue Pro to identify your issue, and initiate a session. The service fee is $49, and must be prepaid before service.
